Shipping Policy

Each piece is handmade to order and will be shipped within 3-4 weeks after your order is placed.

 

Orders within Europe typically arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch.

We generally ship with DHL or UPS, including tracking.

Shipping costs: 5 EUR within Germany, 14 EUR within the European Union and 20 EUR to the rest of the world.

Please note that Guita Studio is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes charged upon entry into your country.

We are not liable for parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding potential fees before ordering.
