Because every piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please ensure your order details and sizing are correct before checkout.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.

In exceptional cases - for example, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect - you may contact us at contact@guitastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your piece back.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and fees.
